Anti-DYKDDDDK tag, AlpHcAbs® Mouse IgG2b antibody(iFluor488) is based on recombinant, IgG2b Fc fused fab of alpaca IgG1 to DYKDDDDK tag coupled to iFluor488. Based on western blot and ELISA, Anti-DYKDDDDK tag, AlpHcAbs® Mouse IgG2b antibody(iFluor488) reacts with the DYKDDDDK tag selectively, no reactivity with other proteins.
