1. Fill out the complete project information collection form, including information such as the species, sequence, and application of the target gene.
2. Customer provides protein antigen: protein purity greater than 85%, protein concentration greater than 0.5mg/mL, 3-5mg purified protein.
3. Customer provides polypeptide antigen: purity greater than 85%, no less than 8 amino acids, at least 10mg of naked peptide.
4. Customer provides expression plasmid: plasmid concentration greater than 100ng/μL, not less than 10μL (must provide a sequencing report confirming the correct plasmid construction).
5. Customer provides small molecule antigen: need to provide the specific small molecule chemical structural formula or CAS search number to confirm whether there are available chemical groups for carrier protein conjugation.
1. Purified antibodies: Deliver 1-2 clones of purified antibodies, 5-10mg per clone.
2. Cell lines: Provide 2-5 positive monoclonal cell lines according to customer requirements;
3. Report: Deliver a complete project report (including experimental procedures, screening and testing data).
