Customer Provides
1. Fill out the complete project information collection form, including information such as the species, sequence, and application of the target gene.
2. Customer provides antigens:
Protein: purity greater than 85%, protein concentration greater than 0.5mg/mL, no less than 2mg purified protein per rabbit. If antigen affinity purification is required, additional 1mg or more purified protein is needed.
Polypeptide: purity greater than 85%, no less than 8 amino acids, 10mg or more naked peptide.
3. For inactivated virus/inactivated whole bacterial antigens, please consult us specifically.
4. For small molecule antigens, you need to provide the specific small molecule chemical structural formula or CAS search number to confirm whether there are available chemical groups for carrier protein conjugation.
Final Delivery
1. Immunized antiserum samples: rabbits/goats: 1mL/animal, mice/guinea pigs/rats: 50ul/animal.
2. Final immunized antiserum: rabbits: 30-50mL/animal; mice: 0.3-0.5mL/animal; guinea pigs/rats: 3-5mL/animal; goats: 400-600mL/animal.
