Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is designed for detecting the non-reduced rabbit IgG Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is based on monovalent, recombinant single domain antibodies to rabbit IgG(Conformation Specific) coupled to HRP, and the Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) detects the non-reduced form of rabbit IgG(Conformation Specific) selectively, no reactivity with the reduced, SDS-denatured forms.

CCT2 was immunoprecipitated from 0.2 mg HeLa cell lysate with HA722240 at 2 µg/10 µl beads. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using HA722240 at 1/1,000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP Nano-secondary antibody (025-100-005) at 1/5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
